User Data Deletion Instructions

If you signed in to TopWorkwith Facebook (or another method) and want your personal data deleted, follow the steps below. This page satisfies Facebook's requirement to provide user data deletion instructions.
1. What We Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we remove or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including:
- account profile information (name, email, phone, photo);
- linked Facebook / Google / Yandex login connections;
- resumes, job listings, and other content you created, where technically and legally possible;
- session and authentication data tied to your account.
We may retain limited information when required by law (for example, fraud prevention or accounting records) for the minimum necessary period.
2. How to Request Deletion
Send a deletion request by email or through the website:

Please include:
- the subject line: Data deletion request;
- the email address used for your TopWork account;
- confirmation that you want your account and personal data permanently deleted.
3. Verification and Timeline
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account (for example, by confirming access to the registered email). After verification, we process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation when the process is complete, or if we need more information.
4. Facebook Login Users
Deleting your TopWork account removes your data from our Platform. It does not delete your Facebook account. To also remove TopWork's access from Facebook, open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → remove TopWork.
